Parmenter Jiear Builders was started by Ray Parmenter in 1965.  He handed the business over to his son and son in law in 1976 where they commenced trading as Parmenter Constructions.  In 1990 Ray's grandson, Adam Jiear, began in the business as an apprentice. He has worked continuously in the building industry since and is now managing director.
